Mestilla UAB developed and built an oil-seed crushing and trans-estrification plant in the economic development zone of Klaipeda, Lithuania. With a processing capacity of 400.000ton oil-seeds per annum, and output feed-grade rape-cake, glycerin in addition to 100.000 tons/annum of FAME (B-100), Mestilla operates the largest bio diesel facility in Lithuania and the Baltic. Mestilla UAB commenced bio diesel production in early November 2007. The grand opening celebrations were organized on November 8th, 2007.

Novossibirsk Food Plant produces spices and flavours under Trapeza trademark, which has been winner of many awards within the food industry. The plant’s products are supplied to the leading retail chains in Russia, as well as to the USA, Germany, Israel. Having successfully undergone the certification audit in June 2007, the plant obtained two SGS certificates regarding safety and quality systems compliance to ISO 9001:2000 and to ISO 220000 standards.

Its quality management system has been certified by SGS according to ISO 9001:2000.

The Segezha Pulp and Paper Mill (SPPM), Russia’s largest producer of kraft paper and paper sacks, was founded in 1939 in the north of Karelia. Today the mill is able to produce up to 400'000 tons of sulphate pulp, 350'000 tons of sack paper and more than 500 million of paper sacks. At the early 2007, SPPM has been certified compliant to FSC sustainable forestry management standards.

AROMAROS-M is the leading Russian manufacturer of additives and flavours used in meat and other food industries. As a result of the audit conducted in May 2006, AROMAROS-M became the first company in Russia obtaining certificate of conformity to international food safety standards ISO 22000:2005.
